President & Chief Operating Officer
Bryson Jones
Bryson was born and raised on his family's cattle and grain farm East of Balzac, Alberta.
The application of Bryson’s previous technical skills creating and designing drilling and completions programs allows him to bring a unique and valuable perspective to client projects.
His in-depth industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and commitment to exceeding client expectations continues to contribute to the consistent growth and success of Branded Energy Solutions.
Bryson holds a Petroleum Engineering Diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (2014) and went on to complete his Bachelors of Petroleum Engineering Degree at the University of Wyoming (2016).

Vice President, Operations
Scott Schneider
Scott Schneider graduated from SAIT with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2007.
He commenced his oil and gas career in 2008 and has since become a seasoned professional in the industry. With extensive experience in the Intervention and Completion service sector globally, Scott has acquired substantial industry knowledge and technical skills.
Joining the Branded team in 2022, Scott brought a wealth of service delivery expertise and adept project management skills. His role at Branded Energy aims to maintain the highest standards of project efficiency and service quality for their clients.

Chief Executive Officer
Cameron Peckham
Cameron was born on his family's farm where they raised purebred Hereford cattle and managed a smaller cereal crop base.
Between 2013 - 2019, Cameron founded, operated, and successfully divested out of a Western Canadian services company.
Cameron is responsible for the company's vision, and long-term growth strategy while working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Additionally, Cameron oversees the company's business development team providing insight and strategic direction to the team, to continue to grow the business through ARO.

Chief Financial Officer
David Marriott
David is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience, specializing in driving shareholder value, optimizing operations, and achieving strategic growth. With a strong foundation in finance and strategy, David holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and is a designated CPA.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led financial operations across diverse industries, gaining exposure to a wide range of commercial and business models. His expertise spans all aspects of finance, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, consolidation, audit, and both financial and operational reporting. He is particularly skilled in business optimization and change management, thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where trust and collaboration are key.
Beyond his professional achievements, David is dedicated to giving back to his profession and community. He has served as Chapter President and Board Chair for Financial Executives International and as a board member for Immigrant Services Calgary.

Meghan Meger
Independant Director
Meghan Meger brings decades of experience, from the executive suites to client stewardship within the largest financial institutions, specifically Wealth Management groups in Canada. In her last role as Head – BMO Private Wealth Canada, Meghan led the strategic direction and day-to-day execution oversight of the business from Calgary. A complex eco-system consisting of BMO Nesbitt Burns – a full-service brokerage, BMO Private Banking – bespoke banking & credit, trust & planning services, and BMO Private Investment Counsel – a curated investment platform. Her primary responsibilities included delivering enhanced business execution and performance and led key client relationships for the enterprise with exceptional ability to work directly with the most sophisticated clients of the firm, all the while leading a team of over 4,000 across Canada. Meghan was a member of the Board of Directors for BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and BMO Private Investment Counsel until her retirement from the firm on November 1, 2024. She continues to serve as a board member for a private family foundation.
Prior to that role, Meghan proudly built a repertoire of the largest Canadian families in the Prairies as clients of the firm. She was a trailblazer in her field, integrating a diverse base of clients in the cross sections of the complex organization. Innovating and bringing institutional solutions to the private client. This skill made her unique and sought after within the organization and industry. Her talent of working closing with key stakeholders; executives, boards, and a wide variety of partners like, Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations were legendary. Meghan is a humble and dedicated team player and thrives in a face paced, complex environment by leveraging her financial and strategic acumen, emotional intelligence, and sense of humor.
Meghan grew up on a cattle ranch in West Central Alberta. She is grounded in rural values, community, and self reliance which aligned with Branded Energy Solution’s vision and mission.
